Hokkaido DARC helps people suffering from drug addiction. Many of our friends have recovered through DARC’s programs and become independent in society.
The facility has three group meetings per day, as well as sports, recreation, self-help group seminars, study trips, etc. Counseling is provided periodically during use.
The program duration varies for each individual, but the basic program period (mainly meetings) is at least one year. After that, it may take another six months to a year before students can find work, become independent, and leave the dormitory. After leaving the dormitory, students are encouraged to regularly attend a facility for aftercare.
