With 14 traditional public housing properties and more than 22,000 residents, HABD is committed to equipping residents with the tools and resources they need to become self-sufficient, starting with the foundation of housing.
Beyond our public housing portfolio, HABD’s Section 8 program supports residents by preparing them for market-rate rent. Additionally, HABD’s Section 3 program works to create pathways to homeownership, entrepreneurship, and gainful employment for residents.
