The Ministry of Housing, Habitat and Buildings (MIVHED) is created as the planning, direction, coordination and execution body of the State’s administrative function to establish policies, programs, and design strategies and instruments in the area of housing construction, habitat, human settlements, construction and reconstruction of State buildings and related facilities and works, as well as to promote public-private partnerships or those derived from the trust in housing matters in the national territory.
