Caritas Chile

Caritas Chile is a solidarity and development organization that promotes human dignity, social justice, and human rights, in line with human development and integral, sustainable, and solidarity-based ecology, and with a preferential option for the poor and excluded. We undertake this work from a universal perspective, serving people of all backgrounds, without distinction of a political, religious, cultural, or any other kind. Our lines of work include humanitarian aid, risk and emergency management, and initiatives in the environmental field and in addressing climate change. We provide care and support services to vulnerable individuals and communities in areas such as health, the elderly, prisons, and migration, among others. All of this is done from a promotional, participatory, and community-based approach.
