We hold training sessions on mental health and welfare, provide mental health counseling, promote social reintegration, and carry out other mental health and welfare-related activities.
Our center is a facility based on the Mental Health and Welfare Act, with the aim of comprehensively promoting assistance for maintaining and improving the mental health of the prefecture’s residents, and for encouraging the independence and social participation of people with mental disabilities. In addition to the above, we also carry out public awareness raising about mental health and welfare, research and studies, fostering organizations to improve the mental health and welfare of the community, and administrative work on mental health and welfare handbooks, medical expenses for independent living support, and the Mental Health Review Board.
