Washiro Seishoen is a “child welfare institution” established under the Child Welfare Act. A child welfare institution is a facility that acts as a substitute for a home, accepting children (excluding infants) who require care due to their environment or who have difficulty living with their guardians for various reasons and living together with them. At our facility, children up to the age of 18 live a homely life and attend local schools.
