STEP is a consultation service for people experiencing financial difficulties, established by the city of Sapporo in accordance with the Act on Support for Self-reliance of Persons in Poverty.
We accept consultations from people who are having trouble with work or life for various reasons, and provide support tailored to each individual’s situation, including employment support to help them achieve financial independence.
